Alongside growing blueberries - from which jams, liqueurs and tea are made. Gooseberries, aromatic and medicinal herbs (teas/infusions), vegetables, mushrooms, cereals, citrous fruit and a diversity of other fruits are also grown, biologically. Part of the production is for own consumption and the surplus is commercialized.
The bread is produced from grain raised on the farm, ground in the mill and baked in the wood fired oven.
